Barcelona wing-back Adriano has been ruled out of the UEFA Champions League match with Rubin Kazan because of a thigh injury.

The Brazilian international, a summer signing from Sevilla, was replaced just after half-time in last night's win over Athletic Bilbao.
It remains to be seen if Adriano will be fit for Barça's league match with Real Mallorca next weekend.
Lionel Messi, meanwhile, continued his recovery from his ankle injury this morning but there is no confirmation yet on whether the Argentinian, who has missed Barça's last two matches, will be able to face Rubin.
